Do You Have a Porn/Sex Addiction?

Take the Sexual Addiction Screening Test for Free

The Sexual Addiction Screening Test (SAST) is designed to assist in the assessment of sexually compulsive behavior which may indicate the presence of sexual addiction. Developed in cooperation with hospitals, treatment programs, private therapists, and community groups, the SAST provides a profile of responses which helps to discriminate between addictive and non-addictive behavior.

We strongly urge that diagnosis and treatment be done with a trained professional. This assessment is designed to help you decide whether you should seek further help.

Steps to Recovery

Step 1

Make a decision to want help and reach out

We provide a safe, calming, non-judgmental, confidential and  comfortable environment to share your story and begin the healing process.

We are here for you.

Step 2

Meet with your therapist

Meet with your therapist as they will assess your situation. This will then guide the development of your personalized recovery plan. Your plan can include individual therapy, group therapy, EMDR therapy, couples therapy, etc...

Step 3

Implementing your personalized plan: one day at at time

You and your therapist will continue to collaborate as you begin to "walk out” your personalized recovery plan. Generally, this includes a variety of important therapeutic elements such as understanding your addiction, addressing underlying trauma, establishing and maintaining sobriety, etc... You and your therapist will celebrate your progress and make any needed modifications or adjustments to your plan along the way.
