While living overseas and after returning back to America, Jeremy witnessed the devastating impact of sexual addictions on individuals and couples.  Pornography use, extra-marital affairs, and other types of sexual addictions often cause intimacy issues which ultimately lead to separation and divorce.  As a Certified Sexual Addictions Therapist (CSAT), Jeremy is qualified to work with individuals and couples who find themselves in this difficult spot.  In addition, because trauma is often at the root of addictions and many other problems, Jeremy has become trained as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).  He is also EMDR trained.

Finally, because of going through two international adoptions and also spending 2 ½ years working in the Sarasota County foster care system, Jeremy is passionate about supporting families with adoptive or foster care children/youth.  Jeremy has developed the ability to connect with adolescents who are struggling with abandonment and identity issues, which are common with youth who have been adopted or in the foster care system.
